Ukee House is a luxury home beautifully situated minutes from both the wild Pacific Ocean and the heart of Ucluelet. Connection with the environment is paramount, and you will experience the woods and sounds of the ocean from every room in the house.
Location
Situated close to the Wild Pacific Trail, the house is a perfect base for all the Pacific Rim has to offer. Hiking, cycling, kayaking, surfing. whale watching, fishing, there is something for everyone that loves the outdoors.
The town of Ucluelet, fine dining and spa facilities are all within walking distance and Tofino is a 35 minutes drive away.
It is a fantastic starting point for your adventures; crashing breakers, whale spotting, surfing, or some reflective beach combing.
It’s just 15 minutes by car to the Pacific Rim National Park where you’ll find surfing spots at Florencia Bay and Wickanninish Beach and 20 minutes drive to Long Beach.
Ukee House
Built in 2020, this 2000 sq ft, 3 bed, 3 bath, sleeps up to 9 people. Ukee House is an outstanding home built in designed to make your stay at the edge of the earth, the ultimate Wild Pacific experience.
Family Room
The main floor is an open floor plan family room allowing you to cook, dine, and relax. The kitchen is fully outfitted with heated concrete floors, granite counter tops, espresso machine, a French door refrigerator and freezer among the numerous conveniences.
French doors open to the forested garden that leads to the outside seating area, firepit and salt water hot tub. With room for 7, there’s space for all to relax and enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and everything in-between. A grill on the patio allows you to barbecue with a view while talking to friends sitting in the hot tub. And two outdoor showers (one hot, one cold) get you set for the hot tub, or warm you up after your surf session.
The Bunk Room
Also on the main floor is the bunkroom which sleeps 4. A washroom, complete with shower and laundry facilities are also located on the main floor.
Upstairs offers two bedrooms, an office and deck.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is complete with a king sized bed, walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom which includes double sinks, a deep soaking tubs, and a standard shower, from which you will step onto heated floors.
Upstairs Bedroom
The adjoining bedroom sleeps 3 with a queen bed and single bunk. It also has it’s own private washroom.
The Nook
Upstairs in the nook, you can relax, read books, watch TV, or play one of our many board and card games available.
The Office
You’ll also find an office, complete with dual monitors and a podcasting mic.
The Upper Deck
From the office, you’ll find a deck with spectacular views, where the sound of the sea will lull you to sleep and then greet you each morning.
